This place was good until all oaklnd Ghetto people started to work there. Horrible customer service. If im buying there every week, and then cause of their new system they “cant” scan my ID and wanted me to pay cash. Than manager came and solve ut after the guy was argueing with me and telling me “i dont need you to come back.” be sure i wont and will tell everyone i know not to step again in this store. Fire that green eye super rude employee ASAP.

I placed my very first order here for Memorial Day, during their sale. Not only did they have incorrect information regarding a product I ordered on their website, I was also given an incorrect item in my pick-up order. Now, over a week later and multiple attempts to get in contact, they have yet to get back to me to figure out a resolution to their mistake. Completely disappointing experience. I won't be returning and regret ordering from Blum to begin with. Definitely wouldn't suggest this dispensary to anymore. Their reputation of being overpriced and uncaring was absolutely correct. Beware before wasting your money here.
